HAuNTcon partnering with regional haunt groups
HAuNTcon, the trade show and conference for haunted attractions, escape rooms, agritainment and more, has announced a program for regional haunt groups. The new initiative is specifically designed to provide members around the country with expanded benefits and year-round networking opportunities. HAuNTcon will take place Jan. 25-27 in New Orleans.
The association program is designed to provide regional groups the opportunity to expand their member benefits by offering unique cost-effective packages for members to attend HAuNTcon, share their expertise with the industry and reach new potential members in their geographic area at the event. To date, associations participating in the program include: Alabama Haunters Alliance, AZ Haunters, Canadian Haunters Association, Northwest Haunters Association and East Coast Haunt Club.
"We’re proud to collaborate with associations around the country in this new program” said Liz Irving of HAuNTcon. “The work that these groups are doing to connect, provide education and drive the innovation is impressive and we are excited to bring their members and ideas together in New Orleans.”
"The Canadian Haunters Association is proud to announce our new partnership with HAuNTcon," said Chris Ainsworth of Canadian Haunters Association. "We look forward to supporting the Haunt Industry together through, networking, educational seminars, make & take classes and forming new relationships with fellow Haunters throughout Canada and the US. Happy Haunting."
This new regional program is part of HAuNTcon’s initiative to further connect the industry by creating networking and educational opportunities both during HAuNTcon’s annual event and year-round. HAuNTcon, known for its education programming, will continue to place high importance on providing members and attendees alike access to speakers, topics and techniques that will take haunters to the next level in their business. The event’s co-location with the Halloween & Party Expo provides haunters the unique opportunity to connect with retailers and preview new releases across a variety of product segments.
"The East Coast Haunt Club has been working with HAuNTcon since they started. They have always been a supporter of the Haunt Club" said Pam Tole of East Coast Haunt Club. "HAuNTcon can help the Haunt Club and other Halloween organizations with their reach and eagerness to share in all the Haunted Attraction and Halloween industry has to offer. I am looking forward to seeing where the Haunt Club and HAuNTcon can take each other."
