Award-winning illustrator, portrait artist launches new greeting card company

Spokane, Washington based Cobenali Creations covers a LOT of ground in the retail greeting card space, with two new, unique and entirely different lines: Laugh It Up, and Colin Hayes Art. Both are created by award-winning illustrator and artist Colin Hayes. He has created illustrations professionally since 1993 for a wide variety of clients, including the New York Times, American Airlines, Pfizer, Hewlett Packard, Rolling Stone, Microsoft, Sports Illustrated, Volkswagen, Wall Street Journal, Target, Golf Digest, and dozens more. After 25 years of professional illustration, he decided to combine his passions for humor, illustration and realistic animal drawings into two unique lines of greeting cards, which will be available in stores nationally in 2019.

What their Laugh It Up line lacks in sap, it makes up for with plenty of snark, wit and sometimes random humor, highlighted by cleverly humorous illustrations.

Directed primarily at men and women between the ages of 25 and 55 who are bored by cutesy cards with the same old sugary sentiment, these cards are the perfect way to convey a greeting to someone with a liberal dose of humor. Current categories include birthday, get well, congratulations, new baby, thinking of you, love, anniversary, and thank you (with holiday cards coming soon).  The latter line, Colin Hayes Art, showcases Colin’s beautifully detailed renderings of birds, pets and wildlife. The cards in this line are blank inside, making them perfect for any occasion.

In an increasingly digitized world, there's still something special about receiving a physical card you can hold in your hand.

All cards are 5”x7”, come with envelopes, and are each individually wrapped in cellophane sleeves for protection. Selected boxed sets are also available.

Although we have representation in several states currently, we're seeking more motivated sales reps in many remaining U.S. markets.
