According to NRF, Fewer Americans to Celebrate Halloween

Cooler fall weather may bring cooler sales this Halloween, as fewer Americans plan to celebrate the spooktacular holiday. According to NRF’s Halloween Spending Survey conducted by Prosper Insights & Analytics, nearly 158 million consumers will participate in Halloween activities, slightly less than the survey high of 170 million people last year. Seven in 10 Americans Plan to Celebrate Halloween This Year

According to the National Retail Federation’s (NRF’s) 2012 Halloween consumer spending survey conducted by BIGinsight, a record 170 million people plan to celebrate Halloween this year.
